You can now spell UAB without 'AB'

After transferring to UAB this summer, former IU guard Armon Bassett has decided to switch schools once again. The Terre Haute native, who transferred to UAB this summer to play under Mike Davis, is reportedly leaving the Blazers, according to Fox Sports' Jeff Goodman. Not sure how this sits with IU fans.

Stealing a trick from the Basketblog

Hey y'all, As the headline might suggest, I am taking a play from the Basketblog's - particularly intrepid reporter Tom Kirby's - book. Kirbs posed the question, what would IDS readers want for Christmas for the men's basketball team.

All I want for Christmas is...

In between two finals and pretty much fed up with studying at this point, I figure I'd ask the always clever basketbloggers and basketbloggets a question: If Santa Clause were to grant this years Hoosiers one wish (does he grant wishes?) Or if you could ask for just one thing this year for the team, what would it be? Would you ask for an upset victory in late February at rival Purdue?

Two IU commits have reopened their recruiting. Jeremy Gainer and Kenneth Watkins are two Michigan athletes and are two prized IU commits. Gainer, the only four-star recruit on IU's commit list and the No.
