With only days before the Hoosiers open Big Ten play i have been searching for ways to bring greater coverage to my readers. If you have any ideas for things you would like to see on this blog please feel free to comment below.
Without further a due i bring you the title of our newest section: The Opposing Bench
The Opposing Bench will feature interviews with journalists from schools the Hoosiers play to get a more in depth look at our opponents. In the first edition of The Opposing Bench we will talk to Daniel Daly, who is the beat writer for women's basketball for the Daily Northwestern, the newspaper of Northwestern University. Interestingly enough my younger brother, who is a sophomore at NU writes for the paper there, so we have a friendly rivalry going. (Note: this was inspired by a section Inside the Hall has called Know Thy Opponent)
Also here is my story in today's paper about the victory over West Virginia on Saturday.
The Hoosiers open Big Ten play against Northwestern on Saturday at 5p.m. from Assembly Hall.
