Eco-village encounters opposition to proposal

An eco-friendly plan for a cooperative, known as the Bloomington Cooperative Plots Eco-Village, in a residential area on the northeast side of Bloomington has encountered some opposition from residents in the neighborhood who are concerned about the impact it may have on their block.

Auction funds future bicycle racks

Bloomington Utilities to increase water rates

The City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) sent out a letter to its customers announcing its plans to hike water usage rates by approximately 45 percent.
