Awkward Silence Comedy, the only group of short-form improvisation performers on campus, makes up every show on the spot. Each show features a different improvisation game that the group picks ahead of time. Members create some of the games while others are standard improvisation techniques.

UAW sets Wednesday strike deadline for Chrysler contract as talks resume

DETROIT – The United Auto Workers has set a deadline of 11 a.m. Wednesday to agree on a new contract with Chrysler LLC or workers could strike. The deadline, confirmed Monday morning by Chrysler spokeswoman Michele Tinson, gives negotiators less than 48 hours until a strike could be called.
