The suspect is in custody and preliminarily charged with intimidation and terroristic mischief.
The incident reportedly occurred Aug. 21 in Read Hall.
The crash occurred on 10th Street west of Eagleson Avenue.
The case was submitted to university officials for review.
No explosive device was found after a search was conducted.
The most recent incident was reported to have occurred Aug. 11.

The shooting occurred at Sixth and Lincoln on April 23.
The victim was identified as Desta Clark, a 20-year-old Bloomington man.
After his plea deal, King did not find a location to serve his time in house arrest.
King is looking for a place to serve home detention.
The suspect faces three felony charges: attempted murder, aggravated battery and criminal recklessness.
Police are unaware if the shootings were connected or not.
The cases occurred in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
