When I first arrived for my five weeks studying abroad in Italy I was forced to live this lifestyle, racking up huge tabs at various pizza-pasta joints around Venice. Now, settled into my apartment with 13 other IU students, we have all started to learn the tricks for eating well and eating cheap while studying abroad.

Concert promotes world peace, religious tolerance

On Tuesday  at 6:30 p.m., at Buskirk-Chumley Theater, Omer Turkmenoglu’s ambition takes the stage in the form of Abraham’s Children: A Prayer for Peace. Turkmenoglu hopes that the concert will promote “world peace through spiritual unity” and one day be performed at the White House.
