"Shhh, it's a dead body in my trunk. Wanna see it? F**k around and you\'ll be it." That's right, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are back -- back and lamer than ever. The shock-rock rap duo Insane Clown Posse just released its latest album, Bizzar, which fails artistically on a number of levels. Poor spelling is the least of ICP's woes. Then again, that's something of a given -- it would be hard to say Insane Clown Posse has a lot going for it in terms of band concept. Granted, rock isn't known for a rich intellectual tradition. Still, the psycho ninja clown schtick -- it really can't get any more inane.

Innovative classes to teach Spanish

With close to 5,000 students enrolled in Spanish language classes at IU, the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) has designed classes taught primarily in Spanish for the spring semester.

Election choices stressed at meeting

About 10 students gathered in McNutt Center's formal lounge Wednesday evening to discuss voting implications and election dynamics with political science professor Robert Huckfeldt. The event is the first of a two-part series entitled "Let's Talk Politics," and was organized by McNutt resident assistants and juniors Heather Danielewicz and Melanie Smith, The meetings are designed to provide students with information necessary to make informed choices in the upcoming election, and allowed a forum for informal debate.

Diversity panel discusses candidates

Six panelists discussing diversity in politics Wednesday night gave their support to Vice President Al Gore. The other two gave their support to Green party candidate Ralph Nader. They all expressed their discomfort with Gov. George W. Bush.

IUSA proposes more clocks

Chicago blues guitarist to play free concert Saturday at IMUG

For those who crave the blues style of Chicago, but can't afford the weekend trip, the Union Board Live From Bloomington committee has brought Chicago blues guitarist Keith Scott to campus for a free concert. The show begins at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the Indiana Memorial Union Gallery.

Zell prejudiced toward Africa

Harry Potter and the Promiscuous Reader

Bush travels to enemy territory

The tightest election in years. Polls have consistently put Bush on top, but the numbers are still within the margin of error. 153 undecided electoral votes. Republican Presidential candidate Gov. George Bush has six days to get those final votes in and come out on top. Bush will be traveling through many states, and running campaign commercials on major networks.
