American performance art company “Blue Man Group” is returning to Bloomington with an IU Auditorium show at 7:30 p.m. March 23 and 24. This performance is part of its latest North American tour.
Since its formation in 1987, the group has performed for more than 35 million people around the world. The critically-acclaimed group first made its Bloomington debut in 2011.
“Blue Man Group” is known for its colorful stage productions, signature drumming and quirky comedy. The group incorporates both popular and obscure art and music forms.
The art company is bringing some new elements to its show for the tour, including original music, custom-made instruments and surprise audience interactions.
Tickets start at $17 for students and $29 for other attendees.
