Cardinal stage will present “Vintage Broadway” Cabaret at 7 p.m. June 4-5. The show, announced in November, will be Cardinal’s first live musical of 2021. It will be outdoors at the Hundredth Hill Artist Residence and Retreat in Bloomington, according to the event web page.

The show will be about 80 minutes with no intermissions and will feature a combination of Cardinal alumni and new local artists sharing their favorite Broadway hits, according to the web page.

“Escape into the Golden Age of musicals with this evening of songs that have aged like a fine wine,” the web page said.

Each party will be assigned a circular pod for seating to maintain social distancing. Pods can be reserved for 1-2 people for $25 and 3-4 people for $50. The pods will be spaced out six feet apart from one another, according to the web page.

Masks are required for all attendees, but can be removed to eat or drink once inside the seating pod. Masks must be worn at all times if outside the seating pod, according to the web page.

Attendees should bring their own blankets, lawn chairs and snacks as none will be provided at the show.

Tickets are available now and can be purchased at OvationTix.
