Prince of Persia Classic: C

·

If this game were longer, or a little bit easier (like the "Sands of Times" games), it would be a lot of fun, but as it is you'd be much better off downloading that episode of "South Park" where the Persians take over the lesbian bar instead of spending your points on this.

Coach Hep more than a fond memory

Is it possible to be saddened by the death of someone you barely knew? Well that’s where I find myself today when my brother texted me with the following message: “dude coach hep died.” Soon after, my mom called me, with a lump in her throat to break the news to me.

Baron Hill’s legislation neither honest nor accountable

In a recent letter to his constituents, Rep. Baron Hill, D-9th, referred to the Democratic Blue Dog Coalition as “fiscally conservative.” To be accurate, he must have meant that the Dogs are fiscally conservative in comparison to most other Democrats.

Sopranos more than HBO

I can’t believe how pretentious Brian McFillen’s column (“News blues,” June 14) was. “The Sopranos” happens to be a very deep, profound show with incredible artistry going into its writing and production – it is not to be dismissed as mere fluff.

On this campus where capital-d Diversity is bludgeoned over our heads with a stick also reserved for online tuition reminders, it’s hard to remember a time when social hierarchies were defined by a single extracurricular activity such as, you know, high school.
