The 299 acres of Yellowwood State Forest was auctioned off Thursday morning for just over $108,000.

Garrett Greller and his father, Howie Greller, created a Cannabidiol-based product for people suffering from pain like Garrett, who was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at 16. The resulting product was Uncle Bud’s, a hemp-based topical for pain relief.
