Fab Four fans

·

If you’re trying to get to know someone, either at a bar or because you’re forced to do so on the first day of lecture, one of the inevitable questions you’ll be asked is: Who is your favorite band/artist?

Printer jam

·

For all the cutting-edge technological prowess IU is claiming, it’s surprising how deficient the technology for everyday student use actually is. Buildings, classrooms and dorms are simply not equipped to meet current technology demands.

Bad ads

·

If there’s one thing that makes Bloomington great, it’s the abundance of local businesses. What is even greater about Bloomington is that many of these local businesses participate in the shameful hilarity that is the local television commercial.

Booze-free B-day

·

I know what you did the night of your 21st birthday. What is art?: There’s more to Oscar night

Watching the pre-Oscar celebrity round-up, I was quickly reminded how full of scum Hollywood actually is. As Miley Cyrus assumed a slew of poses for the flashing lights, I realized how much grip the industry’s gravitational pull has around what a celebrity becomes.

Former IU football players Tracy Porter, James Hardy and Tim Bugg performed at the NFL Scouting Combine at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, hoping to do well enough to make it the first of many pro stadiums in which they perform.

·

So many times, it happens too fast. You change your passion for glory. Don’t lose your grip on the dreams of the past. You must fight just to keep them alive! It’s the eye of the ... Tiger Woods?
