IU Seniors plan new dance venue in Bloomington: Club Rotation

Club Rotation, the potential new dance club in town, wants to “reinvent the way Bloomington parties.” Rotation is the brainchild of IU seniors Ryne Shadday and Solomon Hursey. The two said they saw a need for a dance club in Bloomington and hoped to set it up in about a year.

Homeless man found sleeping in Musical Arts Center

A homeless man was found sleeping in the IU Musical Arts Center on Thursday. IUPD Officer Deborah Delay responded to the call at 1 p.m. Upon arrival Delay witnessed a man sleeping in a chair in the practice room.

Obama predicts Colts victory in Super Bowl

President Barack Obama says the Indianapolis Colts “have to be favored” in the Super Bowl, even though he has a “soft spot” for the New Orleans Saints. “Peyton Manning is unbelievable,” the president told CBS’ Katie Couric during a live pre-game interview.
