Michael Vick and animals?

After the announcement came in 2009 that the Philadelphia Eagles signed Vick, I thought there was nothing more I could do personally. I didn’t intend to root for his team in the future, although my support would not be missed as I am not the biggest football fan.

Kokomo is irrefutable evidence of the auto bailout’s success. Unemployment in the city peaked at 20.4 percent in 2009 but has since dropped nearly 8 percentage points to 12.7 percent.

This year proved to be no exception with a string of burglaries during Thanksgiving break leaving at least 10 Bloomington homes with broken windows, kicked in doors and missing property.

November success sets up for upcoming challenges

An unselfish, team-oriented attitude has paved the way to the Hoosiers’ best start since 2002, finishing up November with a clean 6-0 record. IU won six games total in 2008, and it took until Dec. 28 to reach that total last year.
