Bush the war criminal

·

Why shouldn’t foreign policy take into consideration the emotions of the people affected? Studies have shown that we all make decisions based on intuition, not rationality. We go by our gut feeling and find ways to justify it.

The certainty of uncertainty

·

Maybe it’s the fact that I lived in a sublet last semester with three graduating seniors. They’re all moving on to real jobs and grad school. They have plans — set plans that will get them somewhere. They had practical majors with jobs built in, and, a little late, I realized I don’t.

If you look at recent presidential history, America doesn’t elect design-by-committee candidates if it can avoid it. So, feel good (if not too good) about your chances at this point.

Hoosiers take on Ohio State in final home series

·

Heading into the final series of the regular season against the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Indiana baseball team might feel a little more pressure than usual. If it wins the series, the team can clinch second place in the Big Ten and, with it, a first-round bye in the conference tournament.
