Strong competition awaits team at Florida Relays

This weekend the IU track and field teams will travel to Gainesville, Fla., for the Pepsi Florida Relays. The three-day meet started Thursday and goes through Saturday, though no Hoosiers compete until Friday’s events.

No. 69 IU to play 3 teams in Bloomington

The No. 69 IU men’s tennis team will play Iowa at noon Saturday for its fifth consecutive home match. The Hoosiers will also be competing in a doubleheader Sunday against Nebraska (9-8) and DePauw, which has only won three games all season.

With a win Friday night — the first home night game in program history — the No. 17 IU baseball team (23-3, 6-0) could match the nation’s longest winning streak of the season of 17 games set by Mississippi State to begin the season

Hoosiers ready to face Purdue

IU Coach Randy Bloemendaal and the IU men’s tennis team will play its fourth consecutive home match at 2 p.m. today against Purdue.

Softball thumps Indiana State, 7-0

The IU softball team kept its winning streak at Andy Mohr Field alive Tuesday, defeating Indiana State 7-0. The win marked the Hoosiers’ 10th straight victory against Indiana State,as IU improved to 4-0 at home.

Baseball winning streak turning heads

No. 24 IU is currently riding a 15-game win streak, the longest active streak in the nation, and is already tied for the longest in IU’s 118-year history.
