Hoosiers close season with series of wins

The Hoosiers headed up to Ann Arbor, Mich., this past weekend to participate in the Big Ten Singles Championships, in which every player was able to pick up at least one victory, and one was able to win a bracket.

Grabavoy, Moor to join National Team

Yesterday was a bittersweet day for the Hoosiers in finding out that they will begin their chase for the College Cup as the No. 8 seed beginning next Wednesday in Bloomington, but will have to do so without All-American Ned Grabavoy and sophomore defender Drew Moor. Both players were selected and will join the U20 National Team in representing the United States at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship in the United Arab Emirates from Nov. 27 through Dec. 19.

Hoosiers nab 1st road win

IU attained its first road win of the season as it split its weekend road trip. The Hoosiers defeated Iowa 28-30, 30-26, 30-26, 30-27 Friday, but then were swept in its match against Minnesota 30-22, 30-25, 30-17.

Hoosiers finish 4th in Regional Meet

United States Under-20 Men's National Team coach Thomas Rongen announced his 20-player roster that will represent the United States at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship in the United Arab Emirates from Nov. 27 through Dec. 19.

Hoosiers win 10th title
