IU football coach Bill Lynch announced Wednesday that senior wide receiver Kellen Lewis was dismissed from the IU football team for violating team rules.

Infielder Tyler Rogers tries to bring home runners at second and third, including catcher Josh Phegley, with two outs in the ninth inning against Miami (Ohio) on Tuesday afternoon at Sembower Field. Though they lost 9-6 on Tuesday, the Hoosiers bounced back and beat Western Illinois 17-2 on Wednesday.

Kellen Lewis dismissed from football team

IU football coach Bill Lynch announced today that senior wide receiver Kellen Lewis has been dismissed from the IU football team for violating team rules.

IU utility player Bridget Langan high-fives head coach Michelle Garnder after hitting a triple in the second inning Wednesday during the second game of a double header. Langan's hit kicked off a four run inning to propel the Hoosiers to a 8-0 win over Ball State after defeating the Cardinals 2-1 in the first game.
