Wrestlers revved up for regional rival

IU women's track and field coach Randy Heisler said that he expects his entire team to step it up a notch this weekend when the No. 8 Hoosiers host the Indiana Invitational.
Today kicks off the No. 17 men's track and field team's first home meet of the season. The Indiana Invitational is a two day meet beginning this afternoon at 4 p.m. and resuming tomorrow at noon. So far this season, the team has faced only dual meet competition. The team dominated their last meet at Illinois last weekend to give them some momentum entering the meet today. Though no team score will be kept, this will be the team's first taste of a big meet atmosphere this season.
Thursday night, the No. 3 IU men's club volleyball team boarded the plane toward Arizona for their first out of region tournament of the season. The team will play an exhibition against Arizona on Friday before the actual tournament starts in which Arizona will be participating as well. The common consensus between the players, senior Jeremy Levy and junior JT Gripe, as well as coach Ryan Theis, is that playing the No. 1 ranked Arizona will be the team's biggest challenge.
The news hasn't been good for the Hoosiers lately. IU struggled in back to back defeats against No. 4 Duke and Wake Forest last weekend, and they may have lost senior No. 1 singles and doubles player Karie Schlukebir for the season due to undisclosed circumstances.
Coming off a successful tournament in Michigan two weeks ago, the No. 13 women's water polo team is looking to replicate that success this weekend. The Hoosiers will be in Palo Alto, Calif. from Feb. 8-9 competing in the Stanford Invitational. The Michigan Invitational provided tough competition for the Hoosier women, but this weekend will be especially competitive.
Chocolate lovers young and old will unite in Bloomington Saturday for the sixth annual Chocolate Fest. The festival, benefiting Options for Better Living, is expected to attract about 1,500 people, said Executive Director Susan Rinne. She said the festival started as a way to raise money for Options customers.
The IU ice hockey team will wrap up their season in the Great Midwest Hockey League this weekend with one home game each against Oakland University and Michigan State University.
Men's tennis to host Louisville IU men's tennis team looks to continue their hot start this weekend when they host No. 37 Louisville Cardinals today at 5:30 p.m. at the IU Tennis Center. The Hoosiers will follow that match with another dual meet tomorrow at 3 p.m. against the Memphis Tigers.
The IU men's swimming and diving team (6-1, 5-1 Big Ten) will compete in its last two dual meets of the season this weekend before heading into the Big Ten and NCAA championships.

After a game at No. 14 Penn State last Sunday, the Hoosiers (9-10, 2-7 Big Ten) return home to host No. 15 Minnesota this Sunday at 1 p.m. at Assembly Hall. "This is a really big game," IU coach Kathi Bennett said. "It's one of the biggest ones of the season. We want to pick up a victory and have to play at a high level of energy if we want to be successful."

Zeta Beta Tau fraternity members will face the campus judicial process after the IU Police Department found a variety of drugs and alcohol in the house last weekend. Although the University is not counting out any future action against the fraternity, at this point only the individuals involved in the bust are being held accountable.
