Motor vehicle crashes are the No. 1 cause of death for 16- to 20-year-olds nationwide, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. That’s why State Rep. Joe Micon is trying to pass a bill he says could reduce the number of deaths in Indiana by up to 40 percent.
