Local man arrested in assault, robbery investigation

Bloomington Police arrested Lance J. “Rico” Charleston, 28, on March 5 in an investigation of recent robberies, according to Bloomington Police Department Capt. Joe Qualters in a press release. He is a suspect in several robberies and assaults.
