For the past week, I’ve been fortunate enough to engage environmental activists along the East Coast, from New York City to Washington, D.C. Their enthusiasm and dedication toward a habitable planet are creating mass solidarity between what are normally competing social justice groups.

Hoosiers find way to win three of four games

After starting the season with a 3-6 record, the No. 12 IU water polo team put together its first weekend of play with more wins than losses. The Hoosiers were 3-1 in the Bison Invitational and improved their record to 6-7.

IU returns to winning ways

IU improved its overall team record to an even 9-9 on the season after six straight losses, with 33-12 wins against Lindenwood-Belleville and SIUE and a shutout dual against Knox College, with a final score of 45-0.

Hoosiers fall short against 2 SEC opponents

On Friday, IU lost to No. 25 Tennessee, and the Hoosiers fell to Kentucky on Sunday. The Hoosiers were tied 3-3 heading into the final singles match against both the Volunteers and Wildcats, but were unable to pull off a victory on either occasion.

Sheehey sets record, career-high score

Junior forward Will Sheehey set a career-high with 22 points and a new school mark for consecutive field goals with 9-for-9 shooting in a Hoosiers 83-55 win against Purdue.

Highlighted by the team's first win in a season-opening game since 2005, IU baseball won two games out of three at the Big Ten / Big East challenge this weekend.
