Muslim Student Union celebrates end of Ramadan

Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting between sunrise and sunset, ended Sept. 10, and members of the IU Muslim Student Union were hungry. Roughly 40 students gathered in Olcott Park Saturday to celebrate Eid ul-Fitr, the end of Ramadan, with a barbecue picnic.

Defensive adjustments steer Hoosiers to win

Following Western Kentucky's opening offensive series Saturday that saw running back Bobby Rainey run for 62 yards and a score, the IU defense made adjustments that allowed Rainey just 43 yards the rest of the game in the Hoosiers' 38-21 victory.
