Filmmaker brings 'Waste Land' home to IU Cinema

IU alumnus Aynsley is the Oscar-nominated producer behind the 2010 documentary “Waste Land” and is scheduled to speak at 3 p.m. Friday at the IU Cinema, prior to a screening of his film at 6:30 p.m.

Peyton Manning — the heart, leader and quarterback of the team — will be out for at least two months, but the possibility of him being done for the season is very real. The four-time league MVP was replaced by backup Kerry Collins, who performed below expectations in the opener.

After coming to a scoreless tie with Notre Dame, the No. 10 Hoosiers have won four games in a row and have scored 14 goals in that span. Half of those goals came from senior Alec Purdie and freshman Eriq Zavaleta.
