Willkie North's 3rd-floor residents vacate rooms Tuesday night

Residents of Willkie North's 3rd floor were allowed to return to their rooms briefly Tuesday night to gather some belongings, but were not able to sleep in their rooms. Willkie staff provided housing on other floors for students who couldn’t find a place to stay, but fewer than 10 people took the staff up on the offer.

400 dead in China quake
