Maurer School of Law professor Jeannine Bell has been chosen as an editor of the prestigious Law and Society Review, according to an IU press release. The Law and Society Association has appointed her as an editor from 2017 to 2019.
It can be difficult finding a balance between home and studies after freshman begin classes on August 24th, but Indiana University provides several opportunities for families far and close to explore the IU Bloomington experience together.
After sending four of her children to college, Elizabeth Bogdanowicz assumed she’d have the process figured out by now — until her son chose to go to IU.
Alexis Burr didn’t enjoy her orientation. She said the nature of the activities, combined with her nervousness about being in a new place around new people, meant she didn’t connect well with members of her orientation group.
Drew Miller is a rising sophomore majoring in finance with the Kelley School of Business. He is also the current IU Managing Director for LegendsCard LLC.
While most students enjoy the last of their summer break, others on campus gather in the Wells Metz auditorium for hours each day.
As the summer continues, so does the construction on campus, but according to IU’s Master Plan everything is moving along according to plan.

Philip N. Eskew Jr. has been elected to a fourth term on the IU Board of Trustees. Eskew’s three-year term began Wednesday, according to an IU press release.
