Indiana State Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman from Spencer, according to the Bloomington district’s Facebook page.
Heather E. Blackwell, 37, was last seen on Wednesday near Shalom Community Center on South Walnut Street. The Shalom Community Center is a program provided by Beacon, Inc. which assists individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. It offers access to services such as meals, showers, crisis case workers and more.
Indiana State Trooper Clay McBride has initiated a missing persons investigation and has asked anyone with information on Blackwell to contact the ISP Bloomington Post at 812-332-4411.
