The City of Bloomington Utilities shut off water service for 38 addresses on South Mill Stone due to a broken water main at the intersection of South Sare Road and South Mill Stone and issued a precautionary boil water advisory until 5 p.m. July 6, according to a press release.
Those affected should run cold water until clear water flows from the faucet. Residents should boil all water used for drinking, cooking and oral hygiene for at least five minutes before use.
