Wayne Brady to perform improv for IU Day celebrations

Comedian Wayne Brady relaxes before a performance Jan. 31, 2017, in Chicago. Brady will perform live improv from his studio in a livestream event April 21 by IU Auditorium.

Comedian Wayne Brady will perform live from his Los Angeles studio in a livestream event presented by IU Auditorium for IU Day – a fundraising event that celebrates IU and its students, faculty, staff and alumni – at 8 p.m. April 21.

Brady will be performing live improv for the duration of the event.

Brady was a cast member on the comedic improv series “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” for which he won an Emmy for Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety, Musical or Comedy Series. 

After “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Brady went on to host “The Wayne Brady Show” which earned him three more Emmy wins. Brady currently hosts “Let’s Make A Deal” on CBS and he recently won season two of “The Masked Singer” in 2019.

The event is free to the public but requires registration on the IU auditorium website.
