Senior Charlie Crouse, sporting a German woman costume, and junior Andrew Burns, dressed in Sumo wrestler attire, stroll down Third Street Sunday afternoon in their inflatable Halloween costumes. \nThe Phi Gamma Delta pair purchased their costumes prior to the normal costume rush and decided to take them on a trial run. Crouse and Burns worked their Third Street "runway" in hopes of raising student morale. With midterm exams looming, they decided to bring some laughs and smiles to the campus by exhibiting their newly purchased outfits.\nWhile on their walk, the duo stopped and spoke with students and bicyclists, receiving supporting honks. They waved at passing motorists, and lifted skirts toward police cars.
