The following activity was reported by IUPD:
Oct. 26\n• Louis C. Liao, a freshman residing on North Walnut Street, reported the theft of his bicycle from the north side of the Main Library. Estimated loss is $450.\n• Duncan Waterford, 18, a nonstudent residing in Springville, Ind., was issued a summons at Sixth and Dunn streets for possession of paraphernalia.\n• Nicholas Kernan, 18, a nonstudent residing on Charlie Avenue, was issued a summons at Sixth and Dunn streets for possession of paraphernalia.\n• An IU employee reported vandalism and theft from a vending machine at Ballantine Hall. Estimated damage is $100.
Oct. 27\n• Matthew Mcardle, 18, a freshman residing in Eigenmann Hall, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia.\n• An employee reported theft of a vacuum cleaner from the Health Physical Education and Recreation building. Estimated damage is $100. \n• An employee reported damage to several windows at Student Legal Services, 703 E. Seventh St. Estimated damage is $300.\n• Melissa J. Hight, a freshman residing on East 10th Street, reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked in the Ashton Center Lot. Estimated damage is $100.
Oct. 28\n• Brandon W. Rosenberg, 18, a freshman residing in Foster Quad, was arrested at Foster and charged with public intoxication, illegal consumption, criminal mischief and possession of false identification.\n• Martin J. Segal, 18, a freshman residing in Foster Quad, was arrested at Foster and charged with public intoxication, illegal consumption, criminal mischief and false identification.\n• Amanda J. Spivey, a nonstudent residing out of town, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked at Seventh Street and Sunrise Drive. Estimated damage is $500.
Oct. 29\n• A 16-year-old girl from Illinois was referred to probation for illegal consumption released to her parents after being treated at Bloomington Hospital.\n• Justin T. Harland, 18, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was arrested at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Stacy M. Sickle, 18, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Andrew M. Di Alberto, a freshman residing in McNutt Quad, reported the theft of personal items and money from his residence. Estimated loss is $315.\n• Kenneth B. Dusek Jr., 20, a nonstudent residing on Miller Drive, was arrested at 10th Street and Fee Lane for illegal consumption.\n• Criss Jon Rickey, 21, a nonstudent from Osceola, Ind., was arrested at 10th Street and Fee Lane for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Oct. 30\n• Jesse J. Harris, 25, a nonstudent residing in Unionville, Ind., was arrested at Kirkwood Avenue and North Forrest Avenue for public intoxication.
