Little 500 Team Pursuit

Delta Gamma earns pole with 3-second win

If Saturday’s qualifications were any indication of things to come, the house pairing of Delta Gamma and Sigma Nu will be filled with success and celebration this Little 500 season, as each qualified in first place for this year’s race.Delta Gamma members, who finished with a time of 2:44.76, will have Teter, the defending champions, trailing, as Teter finished in second with a time of 2:47.52. Kent said the rest of the field will be looking at both Teter and Delta Gamma come race day.

Sigma Nu knocks Cutters off top spot

Hoosiers split home opener with Aces

Amid frigid temperatures and sunny skies at Sembower Field, the IU (14-8) baseball team split two games Sunday with the Evansville Purple Aces (11-8).

‘Angels’ provokes questioning, conclusions

A bottle of alcohol laid on the ground a few feet from where a group of drunken teenagers danced provocatively to the harsh sounds of dubstep. There was a sudden flash of light, and in slow motion, the exaggerated characters moved so that every detail of their emotion was conveyed to the audience. It was the opening scene of “Language of Angels” opening night and it set the ambience for realistic suspense of an unrealistic story.
