It appears that some universities recognize that not everyone remembers the advice our moms gave us back when we were just 2 years old: Always wash your hands. The University of Central Florida is trying to make sure people wash their hands. UCF has created a campaign that features a student walking around campus with one hand on a urinal and the other free for high-fives. And if the toilet-handler doesn’t deter people from not washing, UCF has also installed 32 new hand sanitizer dispensers throughout its campus.

When I was in the seventh grade, I was asked out for the first time. His name was Scott, and we had English together. We had talked about everything — homework, movies, politics, sex, etc. Despite all these diverse and wonderful conversations, I was completely shocked when he asked me out.

Oncourse, of course

I haven’t been able to find anything I need on the new Oncourse. Every time I log in to look for something, I end up getting distracted by all the new photographs of peppy college students engaging in various learning-related activities. I just sit there and hit “refresh” until I have viewed them all enough times to be able to fantasize that these people are my real-life friends. These kids, whoever they are, are truly having the ultimate college experience.

There were a lot of lasts at Assembly Hall on Senior Night – the last basket, the last shot, the last rebound, among others. But it was one senior’s first that had everybody talking. Forward D.J.
