Pepitone to perform at Comedy Attic

Eddie Pepitone will perform this weekend at the Comedy Attic. There will also be a screening of his autobiographical  documentary titled “The Bitter Buddha.”

The four-act comedic opera, based on a 1784 stage comedy by French playwright Pierre Beaumarchais, was composed in 1786 by Mozart in collaboration with Italian librettist Lorenzo Da Ponte







Grant Street Jazz Festival

Funk, soul at Grant Street

Grant Street Jazz Fest was kicked off by a parade late Saturday morning and continued on through the evening. Among the performers were the Postmodern Jazz Quartet, the Trio Collective and Mitch Shiner & the Bloomingtones Big Band.

Eclectic duo Black Violons to perform at Buskirk

Black Violin, a decade-long partnership between musicians Wil B and Kev, will take the stage at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater this fall to showcase their eclectic sound to the Bloomington community.
