Hoosiers go 1-1 in 1st back-to-back games of season

The IU field hockey team endured its first back-to-back set of games this weekend, facing the No. 9 Northwestern Wildcats on Friday and the Central Michigan Chippewas on Saturday.

Field hockey looks for Big Ten win

Looking for a different outcome, at 3 p.m. Friday the Hoosiers will play Iowa Hawkeyes at home, and Sunday they travel to Oxford, Ohio, to take on the Miami (Ohio) RedHawks with a 1 p.m. start time.


Hoosiers go 0-2 during weekend

The IU field hockey team finished the weekend winless after falling 3-0 at Michigan State on Friday and losing in the final 18 seconds at Ball State on Sunday, 3-2.

IU's field hockey team will face Michigan State and Ball State this weekend.

Robertson prepares team to compete

Although her game plan changes weekly, IU Coach Amy Robertson said she is never focused specifically on the other team. The adjustments, she said, are always internal.

Newly-ranked IU looks to upset No. 6 Penn State

IU will put their standing to the test as they travel to State College, Pa., to face the Penn State Nittany Lions at 3 p.m. Friday in the Hoosiers’ first Big Ten match this season.

Field hockey strives for 4-0 record

The IU field hockey team will put its undefeated 3-0 record on the line when it faces the Louisville Cardinals (3-1) at 3 p.m. Friday.

IU remains undefeated with home win

The IU field hockey team kept its winning streak alive Friday, defeating Missouri State 5-1 and pushing IU’s record to 3-0.


IU looks to remain undefeated in home opener

The IU field hockey team comes off a victorious opening weekend, going 2-0 against Kent State and Vermont and now look toward the team’s home opener against the Missouri State Bears at 4 p.m. Friday.
