But as part of Disability Awareness Month, the Office of Disability Services for Students at IU is bringing disabilities to the forefront with a series of films that positively portray disabilities as a part of everyday life.

Rowing season starts with photo finish

Children's Therapy Center receives grant for spinal treatment

The Children’s Therapy Center at IU Health-Bloomington Hospital has a new way of rehabilitating patients with spinal cord injuries. The center was recently awarded a $6,800 Quality of Life grant from the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aids in curing spinal injuries.

The debate about a piece of legislation that would introduce a statewide smoking ban to Indiana saw compromise just before spring break when the state senate passed a watered-down version of the bill exempting bars and casinos.
