Dolinsky was recently named the 2008 Outstanding Educator in Science, Engineering and Technology. The award is given to the educator who uses technology creatively and involves students.

Digital artist Margaret Dolinsky’s says her favorite part of her job is “exploring the creative uses of digital technology with students.” Dolinsky a professor in the school of Fine Arts, was recently named the 2008 Outstanding Educator in Science, Engineering and Technology by the organization women and Hi Tech.

Three freshmen football players face charges

An IU freshman football player was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, public intoxication and resisting arrest after police found him passed out in a McNutt Residence Center stairwell.

There are some issues, such as illegal immigration, that Democrats won’t even touch with a 10-foot pole. No issue proves to be as divisive for the party, however, as gun control. Indeed, the last serious debate over gun violence occurred more than 15 years ago with the passage of the Brady Bill.
