Bloomington Area Music (BAM!) is in need of a fresh new logo to help the organization stand out and make waves for the Bloomington music scene. They are seeking a design that is both edgy and appealing that will not only become the face of the organization, but also be used for promotional materials, general recognition, and their website. Interested designers should contact BAM! with any questions; final designs should be submitted here.
What is BAM!?: It is a group composed of local musicians, music-related businesses and organizations, and music enthusiasts. Membership is free. Their goals are: To provide professional development opportunities and networking opportunities for existing and aspiring musicians and supportive trades, to be a voice for the music community, to be a voice of and for local music stakeholders in representation to the local business community, and to maintain a complete database of local musicians, venues, events, and other stakeholders of the Bloomington music community through their website.
Prize: Your design will be featured in all BAM!-related press, promotions, and projects (with your name and website listed on their website) and you will receive a $50.00 cash prize.
Guidelines:
-Design must include their name "BAM!", and may also incorporate their full title "Bloomington Area Music"
-Any high resolution format will be accepted (.ai, .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png, .psd, .eps, etc.)
-Maximum File Size: 60 mb
-Resolution: 300 DPI
-The theme for the design should incorporate music, community, and diversity (the three pillars of the Bloomington music scene)
Eligibility: Anyone can submit a design.
