After a week off from winning the Big Ten Freshman of the Week, Cody Zeller picked up his third honor in four weeks on Monday afternoon.

In IU's two wins last week, Zeller averaged 17.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.0 blocks and 2.5 steals game.

On the season, Zeller leads IU with 15.5 points and 7.5 rebounds a game. His 13 blocked shots are nine more than any other Hoosier.

This Saturday, Zeller will face some more heralded freshman but he currently leads all first-year players in field goal percentage (67.7) and steals (21). His 15.5 points per game put him eighth nationally among freshman and his 60 rebounds place him fifth.

Three Kentucky freshmen are averaging double figures and Anthony Davis is currently second nationally with 4.5 blocks a game.

Zeller and Davis were teammates this past spring in the McDonald's All-American Game and they will now square off Saturday evening as the No. 1 ranked Wildcats head to Assembly Hall for a 5:15 p.m. tip.
