Read what OSU coach Mike Gundy had to say following the Cowboys practice at Corona del Sol High School Wednesday. Oklahoma State had its first on-sight practice yesterday leading up to Monday's Insight Bowl.

About today\0x92's practice: I thought this was the best practice we\0x92ve had in a long time. I thought there was a lot of enthusiasm. Guys were moving around. I thought they practiced well. About game planning for the Insight Bowl We\0x92ll have a call come from myself and then all of the adjustments will be made amongst the group. I wouldn\0x92t say anybody is the official (play caller). I would say that most of it will be done as a group.

About Indiana QB Kellen Lewis: From what I\0x92ve seen, he is a good player. He\0x92s a playmaker. He\0x92s an operator. He makes good decisions. He ad- libs. He can hurt you going through the middle. He\0x92s dangerous. He\0x92s going to make some people miss. You just have to try to contain him.

About defending the 6-foot-7 WR James Hardy: You just have to tackle him and get him down. You got to try to defend him the best you can and mix it up and not let him know exactly what you are doing. It\0x92s really no different than any other game. They are running the style of offense that is real popular across the country. They are doing it with a really good athlete that is the quarterback and a big guy out on the perimeter.

About WR Adarius Bowman: Bowman is a good player. He\0x92's made a lot of plays for us. Any time you bring a guy in that can make so many plays as he does, you have a hard time replacing a guy like that because he\0x92s been so good for us. He doesn\0x92t talk very much. I\0x92m okay with him as long as he keeps playing the way he is playing. I don\0x92t ask him to say a whole lot. He just doesn\0x92t talk very much.
