City of Bloomington and Flintlock LAB will host a kickoff event for the Hopewell South project. Home builders, designers, financiers, and community partners will learn about the project’s goals and timeline and participate in discussions on housing, permitting, construction, residential design, and related topics.

CONTEXT: Hopewell, located on the site of the former Bloomington Hospital, is one of the few housing developments in which the City is directly involved.

Hopewell will directly relieve housing pressure by adding homes where demand is highest: in the City’s core, near jobs, transit, and amenities.
