Bloomington beer enthusiasts can enjoy brews from 27 Indiana craft breweries at the Bloomington Craft Beer Festival from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Woolery Mill. The festival was last held in 2019.
The festival is organized by the Brewers of Indiana Guild, an organization that advocates for legislation that supports Indiana breweries.
“Coming down to Bloomington means we can support more of the Bloomington businesses,” Shanna Henry, Brewers of Indiana Guild director of events, said.
Bloomington breweries that will be featured at the festival include:
Upland Brewing Company
Bloomington Brewing Company
Metal Works Brewing Company
Switchyard Brewing Company
The Tap Brewing
Friendly Beasts Cider Company
This year’s festival will also include craft cocktails from Cardinal Spirits, a local distillery, Henry said. Food from Pizza X and Cedar Creek B’s and G’s food truck will also be available.
The festival will be accompanied by live music featuring the Stampede String Band, Henry said.
Early bird tickets that allow patrons to enter at 2 p.m. have already sold out, according to the festival’s website. General admission tickets are available for $45 and come with a free glass for as many 3 oz pours you can safely drink. General admission ticket holders can enter at 3 p.m.
Designated driver tickets are also available for $10 and come with unlimited non- alcoholic beverages.
