A rape reportedly occured Friday, according to the IU Police Department crime log.
IUPD was dispatched to IU Health Bloomington at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, according to an email from Deputy Chief Shannon Bunger. An officer met with nursing staff upon arrival and a sexual assault kit was turned over and placed in evidence at IUPD.
The location reported was an undisclosed fraternity on North Eagleson Avenue. The case is listed as open, according to the crime log.
