Bloomington Watercolor Society members will show paintings at Viridian Moon Gallery

Bloomington Watercolor Society’s annual show will be open from Oct. 1 to Nov. 14 at the Viridian Moon Art Gallery, with their 2021 “Celebrate Life” exhibit.

The gallery will feature works from members specializing in landscape, still life, portraits, architecture and floral watercolor paintings.

The gallery is open 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

Most paintings shown at the “Celebrate Life” exhibit will be for sale.

Bloomington Watercolor Society will also be producing an online gallery to showcase the exhibit. The link will be active only during the show dates. Not all the paintings from the Viridian Moon exhibit will be available for online viewing. The online gallery will also showcase a few non-local artists.

The public is also welcome to a reception at the Viridian Moon Art Gallery from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m on Oct. 9.
