The IU chapter of the fraternity Phi Delta Theta was put on cease-and-desist effective Tuesday, according to IU’s list of organizations on disciplinary status.
Cease-and-desist is an interim measure for a chapter when there is an immediate threat or ongoing investigation, according to IU’s disciplinary status definitions. All organizational activities are suspended while on cease-and-desist.
