Partnership aims to encourage startups in Bloomington, Columbus

Warning signs are on display Oct. 25 at the Mills construction. The construction project is part of a partnership between Bloomington and Columbus, Indiana, to bring money to both cities to support start-ups. The construction site is located at 642 N. Madison Ave.  Alex Deryn
