Indiana Student Financial Aid Association’s College Goal Sunday, Indiana’s largest Free Application for Federal Student Aid event, will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 28.
At 39 sites across Indiana, financial aid experts will help Hoosier families fill out their FAFSA forms. There will be a location in Bloomington at Ivy Tech Community College. Nearby locations include Terre Haute, also at Ivy Tech, and eight different locations in Indianapolis.
Volunteers will go through the forms line by line and answer any individual questions along the way.
If attending this event, students should come with their parents or guardians and bring a completed 2017 IRS 1040 tax return and W-2 forms and other 2017 income and benefits information. The FAFSA must be complete by April 15 to be considered "on-time" for Indiana state grant funding.
