At 11:40 a.m., a 76-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man were found dead at Meadowood Retirement Community at 2455 N. Tamarack Trail.
Both the man and the woman had been shot.
Police suspect the man shot the woman and then himself.
The case is still being investigated. Specific details are being withheld until the families of the two victims are notified.
