A Toyota Prius crashed into Mother Bears at around 10:15 p.m. Thursday, breaking a window and damaging the restaurant's walls.
This is not the first time drivers have hit Mother Bears, but employees said there has never been an incident as bad as this one as far as they can remember.
"We've had people strike the building a little bit, but never to this extent," said Travis Terrell, who was working at the time of the crash.
At this time, it is unclear what the cause of the crash was. Terrell said the car was attempting to turn into the one-way only street when it swerved and hit the side of Mother Bears' building.
No one was injured. The driver and passenger in the car at the time walked away from the scene unscathed.
A Mother Bears bartender who said he goes by Krispy was also standing in view of the crash.
"Heard a big crash, looked over and the window had exploded," Krispy said. "It's the most badass damage I've ever seen a little Prius do."
He added that an ambulance and the police showed up within a few minutes, and were gone soon after.
Krispy said the driver and the passenger were both men who looked to be around 35 years old.
"People don't realize that it's a one-way street," Krispy said.
