It’s time to re-evaluate our resolutions. One week has passed since the new year began, so if you haven’t already chosen your yearly challenges, the chances are you won’t.

Whether you wish to lose weight or lose habits like smoking and drinking, here are some suggestions to rework your resolutions to ensure you do not drop the ball in 2013.
